Keeping the niche in mind, the company decided to tap into the unexplored potential and introduced a quality delivery service. The food delivery services in the country have been under question, but FikiFoo could be a game-changer.

The biggest challenge that the company faced was to establish its name in the industry. For this, an interactive and well-built application was required, backed up with a well-designed website.

The client requested a better interface and features than what the competitors offered, and only then could the company make its place in the industry.

We created a well-designed website in the first phase of the project. The client gave specific guidelines that the ordering module will not be added on the website and will be limited to the application only. The website had to act as a guide to the application and play its part in redirecting the audience to the application.

In the second phase of the project, the application was developed. It took the team and the client multiple meetings to settle on the design and features of the application. It is an extensive application with the geo-location feature to make deliveries easy and convenient. The website and the application both needed to be scalable so that the client could make later additions. The teams of designers and developers at Immentia were able to nail the brief by the client.

With the FikiFoo application launch, orders were pouring in from around the twin cities. With the country's food delivery industry being run by practically only a few companies, FikiFoo was a breath of fresh air for the consumers.
