Job Description

  1. Identify, engage and actively recruit top industry experts
  2. Create and implement recruitment strategies
  3. Explore all possible channels for quality human resource recruitment
  4. Develop interview and testing methods
  5. Establish a special relationship with Head of Departments for hiring process.
  6. Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases ,Job boards as well Talent hunting
  7. Meet all assigned daily targets and deadlines in terms of resourcing quality candidates
  8. Managing a complete database of candidates for future prospects and maintaining a liaison with candidates
  9. Handling the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description.
