  Job Description

  1. Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
  2. To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
  3. Provide support to customers as per standard procedure.
  4. To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and practices.
  6. To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.
  7. Should pay special emphasis on target based selling. 

  Skills Required

  1. Positive Attitude, goal oriented and team player.
  2. Great Communication skills.
  3. Pleasant phone voice.
  4. Outgoing and friendly personality.
  5. Above average computer literacy.
  6. Typing skills at least 15 wpm and knows how to use short-cut keys in computer.
  7. Good customer service orientation.
  8. Spontaneous in his / her responses.
  9. Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever (personal history of success).
  10. Confident.
  11. Proficient and Articulate in English language (Excellent accent, Diction, Grammar, Sentence structures)
