     Job Description

  1. Daily review of client coordination by entire Sales & Support Department.
  2. Verification and confirmation of compliance of sales practices.
  3. Hold individual coaching sessions with Sales Executives. Teach sales techniques to sales representatives.
  4. Create and conduct the monthly quiz on their programs.
  5. Deliver effective Product specific Quality Assurance trainings.
  6. To achieve all of the tasks assigned within the target due date.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and practices.
  8. Very good communication skills.
  9. To ensure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.

  2. Positive Attitude, goal oriented and team player.
  3. Must possess great written and verbal English communication skills.
  4. Must have an ability to identify and resolve mistakes in a timely fashion.
  5. Should be able to develop relationships with team members and managers.
  6. Must be able to implement quality assurance practices and improve the team performance in this regard.
